Blok crafts premium steel barbecues and accessories in their Derby workshop, making each piece by hand. Their product line has been developed through feedback from chefs and customers to be robust, durable, and easy to use. This Blok Burger Press is the perfect tool for achieving more texture when cooking. The press can be placed on top of your ingredients on the barbecue or in the pan to apply pressure and release the maximum amount of flavour. Its heavy-duty design, made from 5mm mild steel, provides exceptional pressure, and the press isn't limited to smashing burgers; this versatile tool can also be used for bacon, waffles, tortillas, and grilled cheese for added crunch.
