At Borough Kitchen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium cookware; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used items or those without original labeling cannot be accepted for a refund.

Return Process

  Careful Packaging

  Place your unused items in their original boxes and secure them within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Dispatch

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or local Borough Kitchen boutique.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
