The Gefu Fat Separator easily removes fat from homemade soups, sauces, and gravies. Pour into the separator jug; the fat rises to the top and the fat-free liquid to the bottom. An ergonomic handle and practical sieve insert make it comfortable and simple to use. The outlet lever in the handle and measurement scale (in ml and fl oz) allow it to accurately measure and pour. Heat-resistant up to 100°C.
