This Cooling Rack comes from Hestan's Ovenbond range of products, which are thermal tested to be warp-resistant and maintain their shape for a lifetime. Oven-safe and grill safe up to 316°C, it can be used to cool baked goods on the counter, for roasting in the oven, or for cooking under a grill. It can also be used with the Hestan Ovenbond Sheet Pan to catch drippings when cooking meat, and will sit a good height above the pan for excellent circulation and beautifully browned food. Made from 18/10 stainless steel, the rack features an aluminium core and has a tri-ply construction to ensure the whole rack heats evenly when in the oven. Dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended.
