Marcato designed these premium ravioli stamps to be both functional and aesthetically pleasing. With a champagne-coloured cutter and walnut handle, this 6.5cm diameter–stamp creates round uniform pieces of ravioli with zig-zag edges, thanks to a spring-loaded press that applies a gentle amount of pressure to distribute filling evenly. To use, place the stamp over two sheets of pasta with filling portioned into the centre and press quickly and firmly.Â
