The Mauviel MâCookB 2 Handle Frying Pan outperforms standard stainless steel pans by miles because of the way itâs designed. It has an inner layer of 18/10 stainless steel, three layers of heat-responsive aluminium, and an outer layer of ferritic, which makes it induction-compatible. The middle layer of that aluminium is pure, meaning there is no adhesive agent in it that slightly weakens its power. These heat-conducting metals go all the way to the edges of the pan, ensuring even cooking through and through. High-quality steel thatâs polished on the outside but brushed on the inside makes clean-up simple. Designed with small European kitchens in mind, pieces in the MâCookB range stack together neatly.Â
Mauviel MâCookB pans, including handles, are polished and finished by hand; this may result in minor abrasions or scuffs. These are considered normal and do not have any impact on performance or durability. Please note that bronze handles can get very hot when cooking, and be sure to use a tea towel or pot holder when needed. M'CookB pans should not be placed in the dishwasher, as it causes the bronze handles to discolour.Â
