The innovative u'Select grind system settings can be found on the bottom of the mill with roman numerals—I is finest, and VI is most coarse. Just set your preference, crank the mill, and season your food to bring out its flavours. The body is made from European beechwood and stainless steel finish. A complementary pepper mill in a contemporary matt black finish is sold separately.
