Mauviel’s M’Cook range outperforms standard stainless steel pans by miles. Every pan in this range has an inner layer of 18/10 stainless steel, three layers of heat-responsive aluminium, and an outer layer of ferritic, which makes it induction-compatible. The middle layer of that aluminium is pure, meaning there is no adhesive agent in it that slightly weakens its power. Unlike a lot of pans which only have heat-conducting metal like aluminium just at the base, these pans have aluminium all along the sides and to the edge, meaning your food will cook faster and more evenly. Curved pouring rims provide drip-free pouring, and comfortable, stay-cool handles mould to your hand. High-quality stainless steel that’s polished on the outside but brushed on the inside.

Mauviel M’Cook pans, including handles, are polished and finished by hand; this may result in minor abrasions or scuffs. These are considered normal and do not have any impact on performance or durability.

While M’Cook pans are dishwasher-safe, please note that dishwasher detergents that contain harsh chemicals such as potassium are abrasive to the aluminium edge on the rims of these pans. This can cause the edge to feel sharp over time, but does not affect performance. Non-stick pans, however, should never be put in the dishwasher.
