This lovely 4-piece set brings together all the essential parts of Mauviel's traditional (but user-friendly) M'Heritage M'150S collection, all made with 1.5mm thick French copper, which is enough to be powerful without being too heavy, and lined with easy-to-maintain stainless steel. Copper is an impeccable heat conductor, heating evenly and quickly, which makes it the perfect material for super-controlled cooking. These handcrafted pieces have comfortable, stay-cool stainless steel handles that mould to your thumb. All pieces in this collection are oven-safe and suitable for all hobs except induction.
